Board of United Spirits appoints director

With effect from 27 January 2021

The Board of United Spirits at its meeting held on 27 January 2021 has approved the appointment of Hina Nagarajan (DIN: 00048506) as an additional director and as the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective 1 July 2021 for a period of five years, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company and Central Government.
