Union Bank of India plans issuance of Tier 1 bonds aggregating Rs 500 cr

Union Bank of India is issuing Basel III Compliant Perpetual Debt lnstrument in the nature of Debentures eligible for inclusion in Additional Tier 1 Capital (Bonds) Series XXIX on Private Placement basis. The issue size is Rs 200 crore with green shoe option upto Rs 300 crore (maximum Rs 500 crore). The deemed date of allotment is 29 January 2021.
