Board of Zuari Agro Chemicals recommends dividend

Of Rs 3 per share

Zuari Agro Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 May 2014, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 30% i.e. Rs 3 per share. The same will be paid, if declared at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
