California Software Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company through a Circular Resolution on 26 June 2018 has appointed B. Rengarajan (DIN - 07460246) as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 26 June 2018 to hold office as an Independent Director of the Company.
