CEAT appoints director

With effect from 12 August 2015

CEAT announced that members of the Company have, at their fifty-sixth meeting Annual General Meeting held on 12 August 2015, approved the appointment of Ranjit V. Pandit as an Independent Director for a term of 5 (five) consecutive years with effect from the date of the fifty-sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company.
