Citizen Infoline announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 01 February 2015

Citizen Infoline announced that the Company Secretary and Compliance officer Hirvita Shahi has resigned and the Board has approved the same with effect from 01 February 2015. Accordingly, She ceases as Compliance officer of the Company.

The Board has appointed Mr. Omprakash L. Jain, Managing Director of the Company, as the Compliance officer with effect from 01 February 2015.
