CNI Research allots equity shares

On conversion of warrants

CNI Research announced that in accordance with Chapter VII of the ICDR Regulations, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 13 April 2015 has allotted 54,00,000 Equity Shares of the Company of nominal value of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 2/- per share (which includes premium of Re. 1/- per share) on the conversion of equal number of convertible warrants on preferential basis to the K. P. Ostwal (HUF), Promoter of the Company.

Pursuant to the above allotment of Equity shares, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,48,04,500/-.
