Coal India records lower coal production and offtake in July

Coal India announced the provisional production and offtake performance of the CIL and its Subsidiary companies for the month of July 2019 as under -

Coal production achieved stood lower by 5.1% at 38.50 million tons in July 2019 compared to 40.58 million tons in July 2018.

Coal offtake was lower by 2.9% at 46.82 million tons in July 2019 compared to 48.19 million tones in July 2018.
