Project expected to be completed in 3 years
D B Realty announced that ECC-DB-Konark joint venture, which is developing a residential project as 'DB Skypark' in Mumbai has received Commencement Certificate dated 16 June 2015 for sale of buildings.D B Realty has an economic interest of 75% in this project.
The total built up area of the project is approximately 4.70 lakhs sft spread across 7 wings of 12 stories.
Work has commenced for Phase 1 and the entire project is expected to be completed in about 3 years.
