Dena Bank allots equity shares to GoI on preferential basis

GoI holding increases to 65% from 59.75% in Dena Bank

Dena Bank announced that the Issue Committee of the Board of the Bank at its meeting held on 30 September 2015 has allotted 8,41,08,286 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 38.39 per share amount to Rs 406.99 to Government of India on preferential basis.

Consequent to this issue, the subscribed and paid up capital of the Bank gets raised to Rs 645.25 crore consisting of 64,52,57,984 equity shares of Rs 10 each and the Government of India holdings has increased to 65% from 59.75%.
