GHCL announces cessation of nominee director

With effect from 23 June 2014

GHCL announced that Exim Bank has withdrawn the nomination of R M V Raman vide its letter dated 13 June 2014, which is received on 23 June 2014. Accordingly, R M V Raman is ceased to be the director of the Company.
