GIVO to hold board meeting

GIVO will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 5 December 2015, to transact certain urgent matters pursuant to the recent order dated November 27, 2015 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in the appeal matter relating to the Customs duty demand of Rs. 12.82 Crores.
