Gujarat Fluorochemicals announced that Deepak Asher, Director and Group Head (Corporate Finance) who is Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director of the Company, has tendered his resignation on 12 October 2020 as a Director of the Company on account of his personal reasons with effect from the close of business hours of 12 October 2020.
