Hindustan Copper announces cessation of nominee director

Hindustan Copper announced that Arun Kumar, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Mines, Government of India ceases to be Government nominee Director from the Board of the Company upon his transfer from the Ministry with effect from 04 August 2015.
