Board of Kalyani Forge appoints company secretary and CFO
At meeting held on 05 August 2015
Kalyani Forge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 August 2015, has approved the following:1. Board considered and approved the appointment of Ketaki Sawant-Satam as KMP designated as "Company Secretary and Compliance Officer" as recommended in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee meeting held on 05 August 2015.
2. Board also considered and approved the appointment of Avinash Khare as a Chief Financial Officer of the Company as recommended in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee meeting held on 05 August 2015.
3. Board also considered and approved the appointment of JHR & Associates and C. S. Adawadkar & Co. as the Internal Auditors of the Company as recommended in the Nomination & Remuneration Committee meeting held on 05 August 2015.
