IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company announced that the company on 27 February 2015 has allotted 4,32,206 equity shares of Rs 10 each to the employees/ directors on exercise of options granted under employee stock option schemes 2009 at a price of Rs. 58.90 per equity share. Accordingly, the equity capital has increased from Rs 89,85,77,430 to Rs 90,28,99,490 comprising of 9,02,89,949 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up.
