Scheme gets approved by Supreme Court of Mauritius

IL&FS Investment Managers announced that the Supreme Court of Mauritius has approved the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation between its subsidiaries IIML Advisors LLC and IL&FS Investment Advisors LLC. The said court order has been filled with Registrar of Companies, Mauritius.
