Indbank Merchant Banking Services announces change in directorate

With effect from 09 August 2014

Indbank Merchant Banking Services announced about the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors of the Company:

Rajeevan Pillay G, Non-Executive-Nominee Director of Indian Bank has resigned as Director from the Board on 31 May 2014 consequent to his superannuation from the services of Indian Bank which was accepted and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company on 09 August 2014.

K. Udaya Bhaskara Reddy has been co-opted as a Non-Executive-Nominee Director of Indian Bank on the Board with effect from 09 August 2014.
