Info Edge (India) makes additional investment of Rs 21 cr in Adda247

Info Edge (India) has entered into agreement to invest Rs 21 crore in Metis Eduventure (Adda247) as primiary acquisition of shares. In October 2019, the company had invested Rs 7.06 crore in Adda247 through secondary purchase of shares. This investment is part of the company's strategic plan to diversify its presence into new line of business within the internet services/ tech industry.
