Jagran Prakashan subscribes to rights issue of subsidiary, Mid-day Infomedia

Jagran Prakashan has subscribed on rights basis 40,00,000 equity shares in its immaterial wholly-owned subsidiary, Mid-day lnfomedia, of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 10 per share, for cash.

Post the allotment of shares as above, Mid-day Infomedia shall continue to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
