JM Financial allots 8.24 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

JM Financial has allotted 8,24,767 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- (Rupee One Only) each under ESOP. Subsequent to the allotment of above equity shares the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is Rs. 83,87,05,025/- representing 83,87,05,025 equity shares of the face value of Re. l/- each.
