K E C International acquire further stake in JV with Al Sharif Group

K E C International announced that the company held 49% of the Share Capital of Al Sharif Group and KEC Company (Al Sharif JV), a Joint Venture of the Company located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Al Sharif JV has now become a subsidiary of the Company pursuant to acquisition of additional 6,300 shares representing 2.10% of the total Share Capital of Al Sharif Group and KEC Limited Company.
