Kirloskar Oil Engines announces change in directorate

With effect from 04 July 2017

Kirloskar Oil Engines announced that Mahesh R. Chhabria ceased to be Independent Director of the Company and continue to be Non-Independent Director of the Company with effect from 4 July 2017. He has been appointed as Managing Director of Kirloskar Industries (Promoter Company) with effect from 04 July 2017.
