Kohinoor Foods will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 13 August 2014 to take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30 June 2014, to fix the date, time and place of 25th Annual General Meeting of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2014, to fix the date of book closure, and to amend the Articles of Association of the Company.
