Larsen & Toubro announced that its construction arm has secured orders worth Rs 3572 crore across various business segments.The transportation infrastructure business bagged an order worth Rs 1358 crore for the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru from Bangalore International Airport.
JSW Steel has awarded L&T's metallurgical and material handling business segment an order to build India's largest blast furnace and steel melt shop for its expansion of the 5 MTPA steel plant at Dolvi. The contract is valued at Rs 1264 crore.
The power transmission and distribution business has bagged orders worth Rs 595 crore in international market. The buildings and factories business has secured orders worth Rs 355 crore.
