Modern Insulators fixes record date for scheme of arrangement

Record date is 06 January 2018

Modern Insulators announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in consultation with Modern Polytex has fixed 6 January, 2018 as the 'Record Date' for determining the entitlement of the equity shareholders of Modern Insulators Limited to receive fully paid up equity shares of Modern Polytex in the ratio of 1 (one) fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each of Modern Polytex credited as fully paid up for every 2 (Two) fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, held by eligible shareholders in Modern Insulators pursuant to the demerger of 'Yarn Division' of the Company to Modern Polytex in terms of Part V of the Scheme.
