Oberoi Realty allots 2.40 crore equity shares

Under QIP issue

The QIP Committee of Oberoi Realty at its meeting held on 22 June 2018 has approved the allotment of 2.40 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 500 per share aggregating Rs 1200 crore, pursuant to the issue. The equity share capital now stands increased to Rs 363.60 crore comprising of 36,36,02,237 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each.
