Oriental Bank of Commerce gets revision in rating outlook from ICRA

Oriental Bank of Commerce announced that ICRA has revised the rating outlook of the Bonds from "Stable" to "Rating watch with positive implications" in view of the Ministry of Finance's announcement regarding the proposed amalgamation of Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India into Punjab National Bank.
