Indian Overseas Bank proposes to raise Tier II capital up to Rs 800 crore

Indian Overseas Bank announced that the Bank proposes to raise Tier II Capital by issue of BASEL III Compliant Tier II Bonds for an issue of size of Rs 500 crore with green shoe option of Rs 300 crore aggregating Rs 800 crore on private placement basis.
