Outcome of board meeting of Binny

Binny announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 November 2014, has transacted the following business:

- The Board has accorded its approval for the proposal of the Company for development of its land for Integrated Township through Development Agency Model and further authorized M Nandagopal, Executive Chairman and Arvind Nandagopal, Managing Director severally to finalise and execute the Development Agency Contract on such terms and conditions as they may deem fit and inform the Board
