Outcome of board meeting of Chemo Pharma Laboratories

Held on 20 January 2015

Chemo Pharma Laboratories annouonced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 20 January 2015, inter-alia, took the following decisions:

1. The Board appointed M/s. S. K. Jain & Co., Practicing Company Secretaries as Secretarial Auditor of the Company as per Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013.

2. The Board appointed M/s. Sarda Soni & Associates as Internal Auditor of the Company for fulfilling the requirement of Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.
