Green Field Agri Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 August 2015, inter alia, has considered and approved the following :1. Acquisition of 100% stake of Mudunuru DREAMS which is in the business areas of Dairy, Retail, Enterprises, Agriculture, Manufacturing and Software.
2. Change in the name of the Company from Green Field Agri Ventures to Mudunuru.
3. Appointment of P. Uday Bhaskar as a Whole Time Director of the company.
4. Appointment of T. Kiran as an Executive Director of the company
5. Resignation of P. Pushpalatha, B. Renuka and S. K. ChaitanyaVarma as Directors of the Company.
6. Change of Designation of R. C. Rahul and R. C. Ratul as Independent Directors of the Company.
7. Appointment of VivekSurana, Practicing Company Secretary, as a scrutinizer for conducting e-voting in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
