At meeting held on 08 August 2015
Balkrishna Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 August 2015, inter alia, has taken the following decision :- The Board accepted the resignation letter received from Vijaylaxmi A Poddar intimating Company that she has resigned from Executive Directorship of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 08 August 2015. However she will continue as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
