Info Edge (India) announced that the following changes have taken place in the Board of Directors and these have been taken on record by the Board of Directors in its Meeting held on 16 October 2014:1. Sharad Malik has been appointed, subject to the approval of the shareholders in their next Annual General Meeting, as Additional Director under the category of Non-executive Independent Director with effect from 16 October 2014.
2. Chintan Thakkar, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed, subject to the approval of the shareholders in their next Annual General Meeting, as Additional Director to be designated "CFO & Whole Time Director" with effect from 16 October 2014.
3. Ashish Gupta, a Non-executive Independent Director has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 16 October 2014. He will continue to work with the Company in an advisory role.
