Outcome of board meeting of iStreet Network

iStreet Network announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2015, inter alia, the following businesses were carried out:-

1. Appointment of Naval Choudhary as Additional Director in the category of Independent Director.

2. Allotment of 600,000 Equity Shares, in exchange of equal number of warrants to Kushal C Sacheti.
