Outcome of board meeting of PAE

PAE announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following business:- Arvind R. Doshi has relinquished the office of Whole Time Director of the Company w.e.f. 06 February 2015. He will continue to hold the office of Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Company and the Board has approved the same.
