Quadrant Televentures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 May 2016, inter alia, has transacted the following business :1. Approved the shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from Aurangabad, Maharashtra to Mohali, Punjab i.e. from the jurisdiction of the Registrar of Companies - Maharashtra to jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh, subject to approval of Members by passing a Special Resolution by Postal Ballot and subject to approval of Central Government and other authorities as are required and approved the Notice of Postal Ballot.
2. Proposed to seek shareholders approval for confirmation of appointment of Amit Verma as 'Manager' within the meaning of the Section 2(53) of the Companies Act, 2013, who was appointed as 'Manager' of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. 07 November 2015 to 06 November 2018, by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 November 2015, and approve remuneration to be paid to him.
