Kotak Mahindra Bank intimates of sale of stake held in Diamond Power Infrastructure

Current holding stands at 7.25% in Diamond Power Infrastructure

Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that the Company's subsidiary, Kotak Investment Advisers along with Kotak Mahindra Trusteeship Services have sold/disposed 2.35% of the shares of Diamond Power infrastructure since last reporting. Accordingly, the current aggregate holdings of Kotak Mahindra Bank along with its subsidiaries, in the scrip of Diamond Power Infrastructure is 41,30,299 shares, which constitute 7.25% of the Issued Capital of the Company.
