Remi Edelstahl Tubulars announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 August 2016 has approved the following -

Issue of 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis to non-promoters.

Issue of 4,00,000 6% Non Cumulative, Non Convertible Preference Shares at Rs 100 each on private placement basis.
