Outcome of board meeting of Veena Textiles

Veena Textiles announced that E. Pusha was coopted as Women Director of the Company at the Board Meeting held on 30 March 2015 as per the provisions of Section 149 (1) of the Companies Act 2013 and she vacates office at the ensuring Annual General Meeting. She will be appointed as regular Director subject to the approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
