Patspin India announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 31 March 2015

Patspin India announced that Abhilash N.A., has resigned as Company Secretary effective from 31 March 2015 and in his place, Dipu George has been appointed as Assistant Company Secretary with immediate effect.

Dipu George will also act as "Compliance Officer" as per SEBI Regulations and Stock Exchange Listing Agreements.
