VXL Instruments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 June 2015, has considered and approved the following:1. A new corporate office of the Company is opened at Unit No. 252, 5th Floor, Building No. II, Solitaire Corporate Park, Chakala, Andheri-Kurla Road, Andheri (East), Mumbai- 400 0093 with effect from 12 June 2015.
2. Keeping Books of Account, in terms of Section 128 of Companies Act, 2013 at the above mentioned corporate office which is a place other than the Registered Office of the Company.
3. Appointment of Prakash H Rao as Additional Director and Independent Director with effect from 12 June 2015.
