Pacific Industries announces incorporation of two wholly owned subsidiaries

Pacific Industries has incorporated two wholly owned subsidiaries in the name and style of "GAZE FASHIOTRADE" AND "GIST MINERALS TECHNOLOGIES", and the Company has acquired 99,994 equity shares of Rs. 10/- in each of two newly incorporated company's as the wholly owned subsidiary Company.
