Prism Cement net profit declines 60.92% in the March 2013 quarter
Capital MarketNet profit of Prism Cement declined 60.92% to Rs 14.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 36.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 1.07% to Rs 1370.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 1356.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.
For the Audited full year,net loss reported to Rs 59.48 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against net loss of Rs 30.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 5.84% to Rs 4742.67 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 4480.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
