Raj Agro Mills announced change in the composition of Board of Directors of company as per following:1. R. C. Singal has resigned from the Board with effect from 27 March 2015 and the same was accepted by Board on 31 March 2015.
2. Meenu Uppal was appointed as Women Director of Company with effect from 31 March 2015.
Also Rupinder Singh was also appointed as CFO of the company.
