Rajasthan Gases announces resignation of directors
With effect from 08 October 2014
Rajasthan Gases announced about the following change in the Board of Directors of the Company:- Matadin Sonthalia and S. K. Verma have resigned as the directors of the Company w.e.f. 08 October 2014. The Resignation letters have been received by the Company.
