Board of Geometric allots equity shares under ESOP
At meeting held on 20 October 2014
Geometric announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 October 2014, inter alia, has:- Allotted 227,904 Equity shares of Rs. 2 each on the exercise of vested stock options under ESOP Scheme 2009 - Employees and ESOP Scheme 2011.
