Sandhar Technologies announces incorporation of step down subsidiary in Romania

Sandhar Technologies announced that its wholly owned subsidiary - Sandhar Technologies, Barcelona, S.L. has incorporated a new subsidiary namely "Sandhar Technologies RO SRL", a Company in Romania.

The incorporation of Sandhar Technologies RO SRL has been registered on the 04 March 2021 and accordingly it has become a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective from the 04 March, 2021.
