Shares of MPS delists from Madras Stock Exchange

With effect from 09 December 2014

MPS announced that the Equity Shares of the Company has been delisted from Madras Stock Exchange (MSE) w.e.f. 09 December 2014, as MSE has sought voluntary de-recognition from Securities and Exchange Board of India.
