With effect from 14 May 2015
Odyssey Technologies announced that pursuant to the Exit Order in respect of Madras Stock Exchange [MSE] passed by Securities and Exchange Board of India [SEBI] dated 14 May 2015, SEBI has allowed the voluntary exit of MSE as a stock exchange and consequent de-recognition as a stock exchange by SEBI with effect from 14 May 2015. The Exit Order is available in the SEBI's website.Therefore, shares of the Company have automatically been delisted from MSE pursuant to the above mentioned Exit Order.
Presently, the shares of the Company are listed with Bombay Stock Exchange only.
